Have Your Say, Help Shape Your Practice

We are relaunching our Patient Participation Group (PPG) and are looking for patients who would like to help shape the future of our practice. Your voice matters, and together we can help ensure our services reflect the needs of our patients and community.

Why Join the PPG?

As a member, you will have the opportunity to:

✅ Help ensure our practice remains patient-centred and responsive
✅ Support the practice with projects and new initiatives
✅ Provide feedback on current services and proposed improvements
✅ Contribute to digital transformation and testing of new digital services
✅ Engage with local healthcare issues affecting our community
✅ Help organise or support community events and activities

What's the Commitment?

We understand everyone is busy, so involvement can be flexible:

Option 1
• Attend just 3 to 4 short meetings each year

Option 2
• Provide occasional feedback on specific projects, surveys, or new digital products when available.

PPG Chair Opportunity

We are also seeking a PPG Chair to help lead the group.
This role would suit someone with:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience chairing meetings, committees, or community groups
• A passion for improving local healthcare services
