Issue with the NHS App
Some of our patients have reported issues logging into the NHS App since the practice merge. Here are the instructions on how to rectify this
- Log in to your NHS account via the NHS App or NHS.UK
- Select the ‘More’ icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select ‘Account and settings’.
- Select ‘Manage NHS account’.
- Select ‘Your NHS login details’.
- The ‘Delete NHS login’.
- Once the above steps have been complete you can the re-register and link ST AUGUSTINES MEDICAL PRATICE (L81045)
