Issue with the NHS App

Some of our patients have reported issues logging into the NHS App since the practice merge. Here are the instructions on how to rectify this

 

  1. Log in to your NHS account via the NHS App or NHS.UK

 

  1. Select the ‘More’ icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

 

  1. Select ‘Account and settings’.

 

  1. Select ‘Manage NHS account’.

 

  1. Select ‘Your NHS login details’.

 

  1. The ‘Delete NHS login’.

 

  1. Once the above steps have been complete you can the re-register and link ST AUGUSTINES MEDICAL PRATICE (L81045)
