Changes To Nursing Team
We have some planned changes within our nursing team over the next few weeks, as well as some unexpected short-term sickness. This will have a knock-on effect on appointment availability, and we appreciate that this can be frustrating at short notice. Our admin team is doing their best to ensure patients are contacted and rebooked as quickly as possible.
❗️It would really help if, should you no longer need your appointment, you cancel as soon as possible (via NHS app, website form or phone). Unfortunately, several patients do not attend their appointments each clinic, and these could be offered to others.❗️
Some of our nursing team are taking on new roles to help cover these gaps, and we’re delighted to be welcoming new team members. However, training can take time. While everyone settles into their new positions, there may be some temporary adjustments to our services. We are working on an even spread of cover across all three sites.
Please be assured that urgent appointments will continue to be prioritised, and we’re working hard to keep everything running as smoothly as possible.
