Press 2 Prescription queries (after 10am)
Press 3 Medical Secretaries (after 10am) for medical reports / referrals
Press 4 For Test Results / Queries (after 10am)
As new telephone systems have been installed there have been a few teething problems but we hope to iron these out over next couple of weeks. Please be kind to our staff as they embed these changes.
We will be taking further steps to review and refine our booking processes over the coming months.
