Merger next steps - Clinical Systems Merger – Reduced Service on 17th April 2024.

Our clinical systems changes take place on 17^th April - both Temple House and St Augustine’s practices will need to close at 4pm to allow this change to happen.

We plan business as usual until 4pm.

Temple House

• Business as usual in the morning
• In the afternoon Temple House will run a limited ‘acute emergencies only’ list for a small number of patients. Any queries may be directed to 111 and those that can wait asked to call back.

Contacting the practice – please continue to contact your registered practice in the usual way until further notice.

We can only apologise that our focus over Easter and this period is to prioritise urgent care and routine slots have been reduced. Please be assured that this is temporary but necessary measure.

Online Booking – as our systems come together online slots have been temporarily suspended. We will keep patients updated as we start to phase them back in.

There are a number of big changes happening over the next few weeks (for both patients and staff), and there will be no doubt be teething issues, please be kind, and supportive to our practice teams as they embed new processes and new ways of working.
